The morning will begin with a gentle (all levels) yoga flow, followed by connection, coffee, and tea.
This month we will focus on: "We are all recovering from something."
We will have a casual sharing circle, but would like to reassure you that you do not have to share unless you feel like it. Holding space for others is also a gift!
